Services We Provide

We offer professional concrete services in Randolph, MA and surrounding areas. This includes driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and more. When you hire us, we'll give you a clear quote that explains what we'll do, how long it will take, and what it will cost.

Every project is unique. Your actual costs and timeline may vary based on site conditions, weather, and the specific work you need. We'll keep you informed if anything changes.

Getting a Quote

Quotes we provide are estimates based on the information you give us. They're good for 30 days. Once we start your project, the price is locked in unless you request changes or we discover unexpected site conditions that require additional work.

If we need to adjust the scope of work, we'll talk to you first and get your approval before doing any extra work.

Payment Terms

We typically require a deposit to schedule your project and secure materials. The remaining balance is due when the work is completed to your satisfaction. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

If you're not happy with the work, let us know right away. We'll do what it takes to make it right.

Scheduling and Delays

We'll do our best to start and finish your project on time. However, weather, site conditions, and material availability can sometimes cause delays. Concrete work requires specific temperature and weather conditions to cure properly. We won't compromise quality just to meet a deadline.

If we need to reschedule, we'll let you know as soon as possible and work with you to find a new timeline.

Your Responsibilities

To help your project go smoothly, you'll need to provide clear access to the work area and let us know about any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other features we should be aware of. You're responsible for marking or identifying anything that could be damaged during excavation or construction.

You'll also need to keep pets and children away from the work area for safety.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. Concrete naturally settles and may develop minor cracks over time, but we warranty our workmanship against defects for one year from project completion. This warranty covers issues caused by our installation process, not normal wear and tear, ground movement, or improper maintenance.

If you have concerns about your concrete after we finish, reach out to us. We want you to be happy with the results.

Liability

We carry proper insurance to protect you and your property. However, we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities that weren't properly marked, pre-existing property damage, or issues that arise from information you provided that was incorrect or incomplete.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your project, let us know as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if we've already ordered materials or turned down other work to schedule your project.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
